Go Deeper

The Collaboration Equation was a six-year writing effort that undertook a grandiose assignment: Describe a better way to collaborate. Essentially, collaboration is how we get anything done, but we find it difficult to stay in alignment, inform others, learn together, and complete the tasks at hand. So, collaboration ends up being a container for the human condition: how do we, as people, care enough about ourselves, each other, and the product of our labor to do a good job.

There was no way the book could express everything theoretical or practical about collaboration, so I dropped QR codes in the book to this page, where there will always be more information, and soon a community, focused on how to collaborate, how to build culture, how to communicate, how to build a right environment, and so on.

At present, each of the boxes below lead to repositories, small at first but growing, of knowledge about key components of the book and about collaboration.

Thank you for picking up the book, for striving for professionalism, and for giving a damn in a practical way.

I am grateful.
