Consulting
We help individuals, teams or companies organize, communicate and streamline product development. We use our years of experience and observations in knowledge work and software development to bring clarity to the workplace. Most waste in companies can be attributed to poor communication and lack of understanding. Agile, Lean and Social Media are simply tools to use to increase this communication and clarity. Our projects have ranged from one day to several years. The sweetspot? One week.
Training
Often going hand-in-hand with consulting, we train groups and individuals how to apply lean, agile and social media principles in business. Training is usually in small groups and is tailored to a discovery process. We learn these principles by directly applying them to current issues a group is facing. This way learning is both relevant and interactive.
